Breaking Guild Rules

The Concept

Although The Plushie Collectors Guild is not an extremely strict guild, we do have rules and we do expect our members to follow them. If members break rules they will be warned, but if they continue to do so, more punishment will follow. This page gives detailed information on punishment for breaking guild rules.

Guild Rules

Review the Guild Rules to make sure you won't receive any punishment.

Light Offense

When a member breaks a rule at first, he/she will be gently warned by a member or Council member. This may occur through neomail or on the Guild Message Board and may be a quote from the Guild Rules, or just a simple reminder. The warning will be slight, yet strict. These warnings cannot simply be ignored, but if followed, will be quickly forgotten.

Medium Offense

After being friendly reminded of Guild Rules and being warned to cease bad activity, if the member continues to break rules, the Guild Council will send and Official Guild Warning in the form of a neomail, or on the Guild Message Board if the member has neomail blocked, etc. The Official Guild Warning will differ depending on the type of rule which has been broken, and may be editted for certain cirumstances. Spamming

The council members of The Plushie Collectors Guild have noticed that you continually spam our boards. Please do not spam. If you continue to do so, you will have all your posts deleted and you will be suspended from the guild. If you keep spamming despite being warned, more serious action will be taken and you may be banned from posting.

Being Rude/Mean

The council members of The Plushie Collectors Guild have noticed that you are consistently rude to members of our guild. Our members come from all different backgrounds and parts of the world, and your rude comments can be quite hurtful. Be kind and considerate to all the members of our guild. If you are not, you will have all your posts deleted and you may be suspended or banned from the guild.

Violation of The Neopet Team’s Rules

The council members of The Plushie Collectors Guild have noticed that have broken one or more of the rules set out by The Neopets Team. You may not do anything that goes against the Terms and Conditions of Neopets. Their rules still apply to the guild. They may have officially warned you themselves. In any case, you will have all your posts deleted and you might be suspended or banned from the guild. Always make sure that your behavior falls within their guidelines.

Heavy Offense

When a member continues to break rules after being repetitively warned, or breaks a rule in a very drastic way, different punishments will follow. After the offense, the Guild Council will speak and decide on the member's punishment. The guild may have to suspend, delete, and/or ban the member depending on the offense. Temporary suspension from the guild will block the member from accessing the guild, writing on the Guild Message Board, participating in guild games, etc. When a member is removed and banned from the guild he/she will never be allowed to return and will not be able to access the guild ever again. If the offense is serious enough, the member may be reported to The Neopets Team and may be suspended, banned, or frozen from the Neopets website itself.
